Before seeing Tara play with Topology, I grabbed a few shots of Scott performing at the Live Spark event.

I had set the white balance manually, and it was making the bricks look accurate, but Scott’s face was rather red. So, I changed the white balance and ended up with this. Very little post work was done.

This is a shot from Tara’s recent photoshoot. Domino is the name of her new song, which will debut at her Topology performance. Have a look, while you’re there buy yourself a ticket.

I usually have issues with lighting at gigs, however on Saturday night they appear to have got it right. The Globe is a unique venue, most of the times I’ve been there the crowd sit or lay down. This is the only gig I’ve been to where everybody was standing. Apart from over eating, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I had a great spot right down the front to get some good close up shots.

On Sunday, as part of the Live Spark event, the Brisbane Powerhouse had the privilege to have Tara and band play a wonderful performance.
The crowd was generous, the atmosphere was relaxing. What a great way to spend an afternoon!
